The M3 Rock Festival has once again returned to serve up another helping of hair metal debauchery at Merriweather Post Pavilion in Columbia, Maryland. Leading the way this year are the hard-hitting band Scorpions, who are about to release their last-ever album and set out on their goodbye tour before retiring. Also sharing the stage are Cinderella, Vince Neil, Baltimore's own Kix, and many more.
