You know...no disrespect to any artist performing at M3...All of them are great and i can't wait to attend again this year. My tix are on the way..I just can't see Lita or Danger Danger on the Main stage..just my opinion...I think, as fans, we should be able to throw our 2cents in the bank here and the M3 administration should here us out.. We, as fans that pay our hard earn money, should be able to pick who plays where..sort of like WE DEMANDED IT!! I will start..

Side Stage: Big Noise, Hurtsmile, Pretty Boy Floyd, Black and Blue, Danger Danger, Mr. Big, Lita Ford.

Main: Faster Pussycat, Firehouse, Great White, Slaughter, Bach, Tesla, Whitesnake

I don't think we have a say in this. I am sure the various contracts with the bands have already determined this. There's already another thread on this subject but I think the conventional wisdom would have Whitesnake, tesla, Bach, Firehouse, Slaughter, Lita Ford and Mr. Big on the main stage with Great White headlining the side stage which will include Big Noize, Hurtsmile, Faster Pussycat, Black N Blue, Danger Danger and PBF.

I would have to say I agree with Roundtrip 100% with his breakdown of which artists are where.

I'd love to see Black N' Blue on the main stage instead of Mr. Big... just can't see it happening though.

Lita without a doubt a main stage artist.

I'm not a Lita Ford fan. I prefer her on the side stage but I think she's iconic enough to wind up on the main stage.

You must've read my mind Dave...my breakdown is exactly the same as yours, with maybe one exception. A part of me thinks that Firehouse could be on the side stage but I could be wrong. It's still very early to tell.

Perhaps Firehouse could headline the side stage and Great White would get added to the main stage. That could be a possibility. Guess we'll see.

usually the poster lists the bands in roughly the order they play so either mr big or lita ford is headlining the 2nd stage going by the wisdom of the last 2 years

I just hope that the set times stay on track so that you don't have to choose who you want to watch if Black n Blue and Danger Danger were playing at the same time I would be in misery looking forward to both of these bands.

i agree. there are so many bands i want to see this year that overlap would suck.

it would be awesome if PAUL SHORTINO had been booked though. then i could have seen most of the best 80's vocalists ever at 1 show

You have absolutely lost you fr*cking mind if any of you think that Mr. Big belongs on the side stage!!! They will smoke every band at this festival hands down ! The level of talent in Mr. Big should go without saying.

they are basically the reason i'm going but i'm just using what i learned in the past. unless lita ford is headling the side stage then it will be mr big based on the order the bands are listed on the poster

Great musicianship doesn't always translate into a great entertaining live performance. Saw Mr. Big many times in small clubsback in the day. Just not a great live band in my opinion.

Their new release is pretty good though.

Yes they were. Dinglenuts Dynasty opened the show before Jetboy on the mainstage. GAve everyone a chance to mill around before the real bands started. Thankfully that's not happening this year.

D-Toxin, with all due respect..you must have bumped your head at some point to say that Mr. Big is not an entertaining band live??!!.

I must assume you are not a musician and may just be entertained by pyro and things blowing up to be an entertaining show??

Actually, I am. I think a band that has the ability to feed off of the energy of their fans is entertaining. Nothing worse than a band just going through the motions.  As I said... there is no doubt that Mr. Big are a very talented band. Possibly the best band technically to preform at M3 this year. I just think they are better musicians then they are entertainers. I wasn't taking a poke at them... just giving an opinion.  I'm glad they will be at M3... I just happen to like Black N' Blue better.

To tell you the truth, I prefer to actually watch bands on the side stage anyway. I feel the vibe is better without the seating anyway.

As pointed out above... Who care what stage a band is playing on. Just be thankful that they are playing at all.

D-Toxin, thats cool..all good, I just know when I saw them there was plenty of energy and musicianship so I was suprised you didn't get that from the shows you saw. Mostly I think they should have worked it out that all of the bands play on the main stage..period!! I'm with you on Black n'  Blue, saw them when they first came out when I lived in So. Cal. They opened sveral times for Queensryche and they were kick ass..love 'em and glad to see they are gonna be here!
