what a bunch of ingrates, we finally get an east coast festival like everyones begged for and once it's over no one says thanks? Didn't anyones moms teach them manners?

I want to take a moment to say thanks to the venue, the promotors, the sponsors, the bands and most of all to all the hardworking underappreciated workers who made this thing a go! You guys that went around emptying the trash barrels, thanks. The security who kept the large drunk guys from crushing the kids, thanks. The people who served us drink & food all day long, thanks. And I know long after we left people were there cleaning up the grounds and such, a big thank you to you! Hope you found what I accidentally left behind and enjoyed it ;) If I missed anyone my apologies, no way someone on the outside can know what all goes on putting one of these shows together but a big thanks to all involved!

I hope you decide to do it again next year, a couple things you might want to consider:

T-shirts - you missed a lot of money not having a festival shirt made up. Heard a lot of people complaining that they wanted one. I probably would have bought one myself

Scheduling - Might be better not to have the overlap in bands, did you see the people running from Steel Panther trying to get to Kix? Potentially bad situation there. A little dead time is good, gives people time to hit the bathrooms, check out vendors and buy more drinks and food.

Otherwise I think you pulled it off quite well, congrats!

An extra big shout out to the nice lady at the ticket window who told me to go on in with my ticket and to check with the west gate in a couple hours for my backstage pass and they would run it over. Thanks to her I got to see Steel Panther!!
